About Us:
Chester racecourse is an historic Roodee course dates back to the early 16th century, making it the country's oldest racecourse. It is also one of the most appealing with views of the city walls, River Dee and the Welsh Hills.

Travel Details:
By Car:
Chester Racecourse is south east of the town. Coming from the north or south take the M6/M56 and exit Junction 14, then follow the AA and RAC signs.

By Train:
The Euston line goes direct to Chester General Station where you can pick up a bus to the racecourse on racedays.

Facilities:
Betting
There are Tote and bookmaker facilities across the course.

Parking
Car parking in the centre of the course costs £5 per car and £10 per coach/ minibus.

Disabled
The disabled may enter restricted areas free of charge with one companion. There is a viewing platform in the Paddock area where there are also toilet facilities.
